Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing from Move To Thrive you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Video library access is for the subscribing household, not for public redistribution.

Subscriptions

The Pilates video subscription is billed annually in advance and renews until you cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancel from your dashboard request via contact, or through Stripe’s customer portal if provided.

Physical products

Shipping is available to the United States and Canada unless we state otherwise at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier receives the package.

Content

Classes and guides are educational, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a new movement practice. Teacher certification is offered through ITT Pilates and is subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or publicly post member videos. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or payment systems.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Move To Thrive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
