Refund Policy

Digital subscriptions

Annual video subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase if you have not made substantial use of the library. Renewal charges follow the same window from the renewal date. After 14 days, access continues until the period ends and is not refunded.

Physical products

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive the return we refund the product price (not original outbound shipping) to the original payment method.

Bundles

Bundle refunds are prorated: we can refund the unused physical portion under the product rule and the unused digital portion under the subscription rule.

How to request a refund

Use the Contact page with your order email and order number. Stripe processes the refund to the original card. Please allow several business days for it to appear.
