Move To Thrive (“we”, “us”) operates movetothrive.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password hash). Order and subscription records processed by Stripe. Messages you send through the contact form. Newsletter emails you opt into. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To create your account, deliver video access, fulfill physical orders, send transactional email (receipts, password reset, verification), and — only if you opted in — occasional practice tips. We do not sell your personal information.

Processors

Stripe processes payments. Resend sends email. Hosting runs on our VPS. Vimeo OTT may stream member video if that integration is enabled. Each processor is bound by their own terms and we only send them what is needed to provide the service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in and local storage for your shopping cart. These are required for the site to function.

Your choices

You may update account details, unsubscribe from marketing email, or request deletion by writing to us via the contact page. Transactional records may be retained as required for tax and fraud prevention.
